Jade Charles – CEO and Co-Founder

Jade Charles is responsible for the innovation and architecture of the Fragmob platform along with the mobile and social strategy. He is considered an expert in all mobile development technologies and online social psychology. In addition to Fragmob, Jade was recently responsible for various celebrity social networks such as Jessica Biel’s Make the Difference Network and Bode Miller’s SkiSpace.com

Prior to Fragmob, Jade served as CTO of TextAmerica where he was solely responsible for the development of the first hosted mobile photo sharing service in the world as featured in TIME Magazine.

Jade Charles attended the University of Hawaii School of Electrical Engineering where he played Division I Football before starting his first company at age 19.

Jonathan Shapiro, CFA, CPA – President/CFO and Co-Founder

Jonathan Shapiro is Co-Founder, President, and CFO of Fragmob. Jonathan has had extensive experience in operations, professional investment, and advisory. He has dedicated his career to growing people, building teams, and strengthening organizations as well as mentoring many founders to help them grow their businesses into successful ventures. He was previously a Partner at private equity firm Ropart Asset Management. Jonathan has served as CFO and is currently an active board member of several software and service firms. He began working at Franchise Mortgage Acceptance Company evaluating corporate loans. He then joined UBS Investment Bank, advising corporate clients in Mergers and Acquisitions and Consumer Products & Retail in both New York and London.

Jonathan received an MBA from Columbia Business School and an MBA from London Business School. He received an MS in Accounting from the Lubin School of Business at Pace where he attended on scholarship. Jonathan graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Rutgers College, completing a BS in Computer Science in three years. Jonathan is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a licensed CPA.

Doug Collier

Doug Collier, VP of Engineering

Doug Collier brings more than 25 years of experience in the software industry to his role as Vice President of Engineering at Fragmob. Doug received a BS in Information Science from Avila University and began his career as a software engineer. He developed products on a number of different platforms and technologies before entering the development management ranks in 2001. Since then, Doug has had a steady increase of oversight and responsibility leading to his most recent role as a CTO managing architecture, development, and operations.

In his spare time, Doug enjoys fishing, hiking, and spending time with his family at baseball and wrestling tournaments.

Adam Pollock

Adam Pollock, VP of Product

Adam Pollock leads the Fragmob product team in mobile platform product development, features and user experience.

As a serial entrepreneur Adam has spent over 10 years designing and operating ecommerce experiences. His additional startups span a variety of spaces from advertising, to mobile messaging and even apps used by firefighters in the field. Prior to joining Fragmob, Adam also served as product manager for several voice over IP mobile applications.

Adam enjoys long walks on the beach and cat GIFs.

Brandon Towner

Brandon Towner, Mountain Region Sales Executive

Based in Fragmob’s Utah office, Brandon Towner brings eight years experience with a proven track record of achieving high levels of excellence and success in Enterprise Software Sales selling in commercial and public sectors. After graduating in International Business at Utah Valley University, Brandon worked in software sales at Utah-Based SaaS company Omniture. He worked at Omniture through its final stages of maturity before a $1.8B exit by acquisition to Adobe Systems in 2009. After assimilating, Brandon stayed on and worked at Adobe for five years before moving to the tech start-up MoneyDesktop, now known as MX.

Brandon also spent two years serving and teaching in Cochabamba, Bolivia, while becoming fluent in Spanish before returning home to get his degree in International Business. He is an adrenaline seeker who loves to go cliff jumping, skydiving, wakeboarding and snowboarding, and ride his motorcycle. Brandon is the proud father of five children.
